all your love
will be exorcised

As they spoke about him being a good man she watched him closely, he made her feel good and to be honest, that was a feat in itself. She always did have a sense of people and her sense of him was that she could fall madly in love with him. “A good man doing the right thing.” She told him as he stroked her hair. “But you didn’t, you helped me out and for that I’m grateful.” Ana frowned for a moment, “I’m sorry I can’t give you the gem.” She whispered. For all Ana
With Michael’s laughter, came a smile that Ana didn’t realise she had, one of sheer contentment and enjoyment. The sound of his laughter, his true laugh, was something she’d never forget. “You can thank me with more kisses and that thing you did with your hips…” She teased and kissed him again. She had been with men before, obviously, but she’d never been with someone like this before. Her heart was in it as much as her body and mind was, which she knew was most likely returned by Michael. “And for the record I knew it existed.” She told him remembering the cave, remembering when he’d first appeared in her apartment, she knew he had passion, a passion she had with him. Ana couldn’t help but wonder what he was like as a human, and what he was like with his wife. Ana knew it was bad of her, but she wondered if this is what he’d been like with her. She knew he was a very different person now, first he’d turned into a werewolf and now he was a hybrid and that changed you. She’d changed when she became a vampire. However the thought was pointless, Sara was gone, he was a hybrid and in that cave they’d found each other.
“That’s because you are a young pup.” Ana laughed as she reminded him he wasn’t alive when the first Star Wars was released. “Well I tell you it was huge, the hype, just everything! People queued for hours to see each and every one, it was mental. Then the action figures and everything came out.” She told him smiling remembering her good deeds that year. She’d stolen a truck full of items and delivered it to a kids home with another vampire friend of hers. It had been Christmas time… good times. “I loved the Ewoks!” She grinned and thought about him and his dad watching the movie, she bet it was one of his most cherish times with the older Shepard. “I have a first edition, mint condition still in box Ewok.” She told him proud of her one piece of Star Wars history she’d kept for herself. Ana had loved the little bears, well that’s what she called them before she learned they were Ewoks. Michael’s gold bikini comment caused her to let out a laugh and playfully swatted him on the arm, “How do you not know I don’t already have one in my closet?” She smirked as a playful glint took over her eyes. She actually did have one, she’d worn it to a Halliwell party years before, she’d gone with a friend who’d dressed like Jabba… Ana wondered what ever happen to her friend. She’d left the area soon after the party due to Orlov closing in on her once again. “Maybe if you’re good you’ll see it one day.” She told him. It was more of a promise rather than a threat. She knew he’d see it eventually, they both did. The thing about the couple was that even their serious conversations ended up light. She would forever be there to help his scars heal and vice versa. She knew that if she’d told him about her family, about Orlov, he’d fight her cause and not stop until they’d be living together, happily.
Ana let out a laugh as he told her he’d been watching her for hours, working up his courage. “Courage?” she questioned, and frowned as he explained it in more detail, “Ohh. Well I’m glad it’s not going to finish, not forever anyway.” She whispered as she lay her chin on his chest as she looked at him, “I like that this started, we need something to live for in life, more than revenge.” Ana said and dropped her head and rested her head on his shoulder area as they lay at peace, with each other at least. Once they’d finished showing each other how much they felt for each other, she smiled as he echoed her sentiments. “We are.” She said in a satisfied tone that would forever be reserved for him and what they’d just done. Ana knew that once they were free of their responsibilities they could maybe use the words they wanted to in English. Ana was too afraid of saying aloud in case something happened to her and he’d be alone.
When they started to talk about her mother again, she nodded as she cuddled into his side. “I know. I often think what she must have thought or felt. I mean I was never the precious one, or the important one, but my family loved me and I would have died. My mother would have died for any of us to save us.” She said and closed her eyes trying to ignore the memory trying to surface in her mind, of her mother in her last moments in the living world. As he once again, like he could read her mind, lightened the mood, she nodded, “Yeah, fangs for the assist fangs.” She joked as she said it in a lisp type voice. It was true, without her vampire blood she’d have died with the rest of her family and Michael would be alone now. Something she’d never want for him again. As he said they deserved this she nodded, “We deserve each other, this moment of happiness… and every moment from now until… well for ever.” She said not wanting to put an end date on anything, not when he was involved. Michael had been a surprise she never expected and all she wanted was to hold on to it. “Gibrid,” she said in answer to his questions about a word for hybrid. “Or maybe klykastykh volk, that means fanged wolf.” Ana said. Even after so long, Ana remembered all of her Russian. She smiled at him, “Just think of me as your little Russian dictionary.”
“Hmmm.” Ana tapped her index finger to her lips as she pretended to weigh up the options, after a moment her hand went back around his neck to meet the other as they held the base of his neck, just at his hairline, “How about you kiss me there with none of the actual hurting me?” She offered and smiled as his lips brushed hers. Ana felt like she was in a dream that morning, a dream of her and him and the life they should be living. She sighed happily as he echoed the length of time before they would more than likely see each other after that morning. A year was nothing to a vampire, but at the same time Ana knew it would feel like a lifetime. As Michael motioned to his heart and then his temple the vampire smirked as his words reached her. She blushed again and looked at him through her long lashes, her eyes were now a blue, true blue of honesty and love. She wanted to say to him to promise her he’d make it back to her in a year. But she knew that she had someone who’d be just as happy to kill him as his own dark shadow. Instead Ana smiled at him, “Every night from now until we lie in that bed again, I’ll remember every moment you’ve given me to think on.” She told him with love tracing her voice. She also loved how quickly and easily the two could go from cheek and flirting to heart felt moments, like they’d been at this dance for years.
As Michael groaned, Ana raised an eyebrow almost wondering why the groan. She laughed as his actions made her realise why the groan, he was very much a foody, something most vampires, or hybrids, were not. “Well I say be amazed… I knew you were easy pleased.” She laughed more giving herself fa small insult than insulting him. She leaned against him, relishing the touch between the two, soon he’d be gone and she’d not have anyone to lean on the way she’d quickly started to lean on him, both physically and mentally. She wondered if, once was all said and done and their boogie men in the dark were dealt with - would they live the life they’d spoken about over the last few hours? She hoped so, all she wanted now was the life she’d been trying to live, however it had been a lonely life, but she knew that there was a chance it didn’t need to be anymore.
Ana smiled as he crossed his arms, “But then you would have missed the show.” She told him and raised an eyebrow. This easiness between them was so effortless that tomorrow her breakfast would be so difficult. She watched him lean closer towards her and smirked, he was trying so hard not to be sucked in to whatever she was offering. When he grabbed her wrist, Ana couldn’t help the smirk that flashed on her face, “I’m sure they’ll be tasty with or without the fruit.” She whispered before he tasted the strawberry. As he kissed her, a noise slipped from her throat. The kiss had caused her to wrap her arms around his neck as his hands rested just over from her shoulder, on her back, down towards her waist. “Ok we should have breakfast - or we’ll end up back in bed and we’ll need to get up all over again.” She told him and kissed him quickly again. However an eternity in bed with him seemed like a fantastic way to live to her.
