Below is a list of current species and their allotted traits or abilities.
HYBRIDS
Refers to a cross species of werewolf and vampire.
Can walk in the sunshine unharmed
Are stronger and faster than either vampires or werewolves.
Can transform upon will, no longer affected by the full moon.
Afflicted by both Vervain and Wolfsbane equally.
Telepathy - Can speak to all sorts, doesn't have to just be their pack anymore.
Compulsion but they cannot be compelled themselves.
Transformation - Can control when to change if elder, thus stopping the need to transform. Such thing would need to be mastered however.
Sire Bond - A bond will be visible when changed into a hybrid, Thus answering to the maker.

ORIGINAL VAMPIRES
Refers to the first vampires, who were cursed by a spell.
They can only walk in daylight with the aid of a daylight ring, which is charmed to allow them to walk in the sun without bursting into flames.
Is immune to a regular wooden stake
Cannot be killed unless with a stake fused with white oak.
Can be staked and put to sleep with a special dagger and white oak ash.
Are extremely fast.
Are Extremely strong.
Can compel any species including other vampires.

VAMPIRES
Refers to someone who was once human, but died with vampire blood in their system and came back two-three nights later as a vampire.
Are bound to darkness, Some vampires have rings or talismans that allow walking in daylight, they were created by a witch and can be deactivated by the same witch.
All vampires are faster and stronger than mortals, however the older your are the faster/stronger you are (but age is a rarity)
All bust into flames in sunlight.
All can be staked or decapitated and die as a result.
All vampires can compel a human.
All vampires are allowed to progenate. {Sire}
Feeding on humans is allowed but not necessary thanks to Tru blood.
Vervain is toxic to a vampire, ingesting will cause ulcers and severe pain.
Vampires cannot have children.. Their bodies and organs are dead, thus incapable of such things.
The touch of silver burns their skin and weakens them.
Need to drink blood, whether animal or human;but human blood generally makes them stronger.
Better senses than a human. Werewolves have better sense of smell/hearing, vampires have better sight/speed.
Look human apart from elongated canines. Can pass as human easily enough.
Usually do not kill when they feed, however a newly changed Neophyte may do so accidentally.
Vampires sire new vampires through an exchange of blood, and deliberate concentration. Then the human must die, and be buried in the earth before being born again as a vampire.
Their blood helps seal the wounds they make when feeding - if properly done, the marks will barely show.
Flight - Must be 100+ years old, Not including their human age.
Compulsion - Must lock eyes and keep that contact.

WEREWOLVES
Are born into a family of were's, or very rarely bitten and cursed to the full moon.
Were creatures can only Shift during the three stages of the full moon. Unless they are deemed Alpha by the rest of their pack, then they transform to show their dominance over the weaker pack members.
They're pack animals and will seek out their own kind.
Wolfsbane is toxic and deadly to a werewolf, but if the plant is weakened enough it can be drank to prevent the change.. However, prolonged use of this will continue to harm the wolf, Such effects from wolfsbane do not heal.
A wolf bite to a vampire can kill unless treated with a hybrids blood.
Must lick their wounds to heal themselves, Do not automatically heal.

The children of werewolves are always werewolves!
Telepathy - Only to their pack or their own kind.
Transformation - Shift into their wolves, Alphas and Omegas can do so without a full moon.

SHAPE SHIFTERS
Are born human.
Shifting normally takes place for the first time during adolescents.
They can change into any animal at will and at any time, so long as they have seen said creature in life experience.
They also have the ability to change into human forms, but this makes them severely sick and they can die as a result and is known as skin walking. To be able to shift into another human you must have killed a kin or family member and then try to figure out a way to control the shift, before it kills you.

Skin Walking - Taking another human form, Must have killed a kin.

WITCHES
Are nature humans, born into a family of witches who's beliefs and traditions are nature based.
There are many magical arts, each witch has their own way of working.
Their abilities are limited to one active power and one none active.

Necromancy - Extremely powerful and only mastered by dark witches & Warlocks.
DEMONS
Were either wrong doers that were sentenced to hell and their souls are tormented they become demons or are fallen angels. (Angels cast out of heaven for not following God's law).
Live by a strict code that cannot go and just kill anyone and everyone.
Demons respond to their leaders, and in turn must obey rules.
Have horns, wings or tails and can have different skin colors, Although most humans fail to notice these color differences as they are easily hidden.

Can heal and bring humans back to life, but this weakens them almost to death themselves.

Troublesome creatures, who look like humans.
Half faerie, half human types have limited power compared to their elders and elders are being extinct for their blood's property to aid day walking in vampires.
Have a human and fae form.. human form would be usual and without powers.. Fae form would hold their power, and can be glamoured to hide.. However, said glamour does not work on other species!
Changelings or changing of humans to fae does not exist... These fae are far from their home and cannot return.. Transformation would be impossible.

Are humans who were born into a family of hunters or friends who have been recruited for their strength or knowledge in all things demonic.
They have no abilities, but are self taught in weaponry and fighting.
