It's 2012, and nine years have passed since the collapse of Sunnydale and the Hellmouth.

Lucifer and the First meet in hell and make a deal, warping reality to escape the fiery underworld. They use the opportunity to bring back many of the dead to life in an attempt to throw the world into chaos and bring about the true end of days. They also raise Sunnydale from hell and return it to it's former glory.

The hellmouth re-opens, and it's dark magicks begin to draw people back in, the Scoobies among the first to return. Buffy, Giles, Willow, Xander and Dawn, now all well weathered by the war against evil, find their physical bodies to have reverted in age to how they'd appeared at the time of the fall of Sunnydale in 2003. They reunite and develop a plan to build a new academy for Slayers and Watchers upon the spot where it all began.

Elsewhere, the demonic underworld is abuzz with rumours of the resurrections of several of their ranks more notorious deceased members, among them Azazel, Ruby, Lilith and Crowley. Their return, as well as that of the First Evil and Lucifer sparks a bloody war for dominance, and the Winchester brothers find themselves right at the forefront of raging storm sweeping in.

The Vampire Angel wakes up in the Hyperion Hotel, having been dead for close to eight years, and is visited by the also long deceased Oracles, who tell him that his friends are alive again as well and that they would all find eachother in time for the end of all things. They task him with going back to Sunnydale and helping the slayer again, which he agrees to with some reluctance.

All over the world, people are finding themselves dragged into the supernatural world as eons of plans and prophesies come to a head.

It's the eve of the final confrontation between good and evil, time to pick a side. Which one are you on?
