In life sometimes there are many questions that start with a what if, but
this time the Winchesters are given the chance to live out their own what if scenarios.
What if Dean had reconnected with Lisa Braeden? Mentally scarred though he was
thanks to his adventure in Hell, this woman helped him to slowly close both old and new wounds.
The scars would of course always be there, but he'd found a new reason
to keep going in Lisa and her son Ben. His very own little family, the family
that Dean thought he'd never be able to have due to his hunting lifestyle.
What if Ruby had never led Sam on? Never used his trust to break the last seal? What if
the demoness had genuinely fallen in love with the younger Winchester brother?
It took a lot of pain and hurt for them to be together, but the angels left well enough alone
and Sam found himself giving up the hunting life in order to be with Ruby. Even bringing new
life into the world after Ben's ninth birthday, their first child of three to come.
As the years continued, Dean and Lisa expanded their family from just Ben to four more children,
whilst Sam and Ruby added two more children to their own little brood,
both Winchesters unaware of the fates that were to be cast upon their two eldest sons.
Fates that should have been theirs.
Castiel, angel of the Lord, has come down to Earth
enlisting the help of a powerful witch coven and resurrecting the parents of the Winchester children,
whom are absolutely baffled to be back at their young ages and to see Castiel once more.
The angel informs Dean and Sam that someone has released Lucifer from his cage in Hell,
and that other angels are also preparing for the apocalypse.
He also doesn't neglect to mention that their two eldest sons are the chosen meatsuits
for the destined battle between Lucifer and his older brother Michael.
Dean's son is to be the vessel for the Devil, whilst Sam's son is to be the vessel for the Archangel.
But both Winchesters are adamant that their children will not be used as angel condoms,
and thus have gotten back into the life of hunting to protect every single one of their kids.
Lucifer and Michael, however, have other ideas.
Canons are indeed available, but original characters are more than welcome as well!
Time To Fight is set in an Alternate Universe, based very loosely on season four.
Rated M for Mature due to possible scenes of violence, sex, gore and drugs.
