[/font][/center]Miami, once the premier spot in Florida the city is now in ruins. Hurricane Calypso tore through Miami with a vicious bite, and while the damage is extreme in various areas other sections of town seemed to have been spared. Several leaders have gone missing and are presumed dead, though no bodies have been found. This leaves their respective groups without protection and guidance in a time where they made need it most. The ones that remain now have to clean up the mess and gather what's left of their broken homes and lives. But it never can be that simple, can it?
Whispers speak of the storm not being natural, of betrayal and a hatred flares once more to life that has burned for centuries. Merfolk stand in the cross-hairs of more than just the Humans First now, as rumors spread that they may have been behind the mess. Now a new Master has come to town, a vampire sent by the Council to claim the city and help it to rebuild, but not all are so eager to jump in with a new master so soon after the previous one had left. Alliances break, new ones are formed, and what is left in the wake of the storm may not be the same that existed before.
UP TO DATE: Groups have lost and gained leaders. The Phoenixes' Sunburst has collapsed, and an invading group of Merrow are looking to take over the Serenity. The new Chang and Master of the City have settled in nicely. The head of The Miami Sun newspaper is about to be filled in to cover the events in the city. Rarer groups such as the foxes and bears have new leaders from within their ranks. However, something interesting is stirring in the works. Some say that in distant lands, scientists are playing with vaccines and cures and weird results have been created. What madness will ensue?
