Klaus had already done his run-ins for the day. However his day wasn't over. After visiting Stefan and his annoying new child in Kyla, he had to make another stop. It seemed like he was extra busy this week after all. A visit to Caroline, one to Stefan and now one to the police department. It had seemed one of his hybrids had decided to get himself a suspect in a murder charge. Yeah like Klaus was going to stand for something like that. It just so happened that the cop who was leading the investigation happened to be someone who owed him her life. Kara wouldn't be alive if it wasn't for Klaus and therefore he was going to begin taking that debt back. Walking from the boarding house using his vampire speed to get onto the edge of the town he figured that was the best place to walk and seem as though everything was completely normal. Meeting with Stefan had been complicated as it always was to say the least. However he wanted the vampires allegiance in one thing and was determined to get it. The more people he had on this mission the more chance of it succeeding. People greeted him, silly humans who thought he was just a rich new person to the town although he wasn't overly new anymore. He didn't care what they thought though, as long as they had the sense to be scared of him when he wanted them to be.
His mind went to Caroline as he often found it doing these last few days. Ever since he had met up with her. His fingers still tingled when he thought of how he touched her. She hadn't even flinched away from him. He felt the small smile appear on the corner of his lips. He couldn't help it. She was a beauty that was constantly clouding his mind. It didn't help that he would probably be seeing her mother shortly. He knew he wanted to see Liz just to see if she had made the full recovery from his blood. Luckily he knew how fast it worked. He stopped just out the front of the police station and looked up at it with a small smile at the corner of his lips. Heading in he saw Liz's office was open and just walked in there. He didn't want to spend long in there and he received what he knew to be a thank you. Inclining his head he left the office and headed towards the front. He asked for detective Moretti and was told to wait. He wanted to scold the person for making him wait and yet he knew he needed to be perceived as a normal person today. Of course they would have to go someone private to talk otherwise a lot of compulsion was going to be used to make a few people forget what they saw, he also knew most of the cops were on vervain making it difficult to compel everyone.
Deciding to sit he reclined in one of the most uncomfortable chairs he had ever felt and sat there waiting, taking everything in. There were a few offices leading out and around the place, he knew some of the detectives had one and there were the interrogation rooms. Then downstairs he would find small of the smaller rooms and even the jail cells. Either way he wouldn't be going downstairs just, wanted somewhere private to speak. Finally he was called up and lead into an office, at least the woman had her own office. He wondered if she would freak at the sight of him as she had seen him literally rip out someone's heart from their chest as though it were easily done. He smiled as he approached her desk and sat down opposite her. "Kara is it? Or shall I call you detective. It seems we need to have a little chat about a certain person who has become a suspect in your murder charge" He smirked towards her. Yes he was probably freaking her out. Yes he planned on threatening her if she didn't do what he wanted her to do.
