Indefinite Absence

[MISS MELBEL!?]

Hi all,

I wanted to post this separately. I will be indefinitely absent probably till the end of August right now.

Reason 1: We are still currently packing up things around the house in order to have our house painted. The painters start painting this Wednesday, and we are rushing around right now to get last minute things packed up. For the first three days they are painting outside, which is fine, but once they start inside the house, I will be helping mum move things around each night leading up till they finish painting. It will take them around a week and a half to do this. So will be very limited or absence from posting from Wednesday 5th August till the 17th or 18th August. Then it will be a matter of unpacking everything which will take time for me and mum.

Reason 2: Dad has now been home for two weeks this coming Wednesday. I am doing a lot more around the house, and because of this I barely have any time on the net. I may pop on from time to time on Facebook, but that is only for a few seconds to a minute at a time. I am doing a lot of things that dad used to do around the house as well.

So please bear with me with time on here. I will try and get on to log in when I am having dinner at night time, but that will probably be it over the weekdays. Weekends will be busy, with not much of a social life, actually haven't had one for a few weeks it feels like.

Thank you for understanding, and will see everyone around on the site when I get five seconds to myself.

UPDATE:

The house has been painted and we are about 1/3 of the way unpacked. Though right now I may have to extend this indefinite absence to September. I have managed a post a week for one character, and hope to get some time to myself from time to time to continue on with this. I'm sorry for taking so long with posts.

Also I have found out at work that we are getting close to being put through rating and assessment. As I am Educational Leader at the child care centre, it is my biggest responsibility right now to be on my game and making sure everyone is on the right wave length with programming and all the other paper work that we have to do each day in the room. Because of this my stress levels are going to be high which means even less brain power to post. I'm really sorry again for making people wait, though I know there are only a couple of members that I post with.

UPDATE:

Rating and Assessment at work isn't till November, but as of today I need to be more strict at work. I will have limited brain power to do any form of writing till we go through R&A at work. I have a little bit of work to catch up on right now, and in reality not a lot of time to do it in. Please keep in mind I also run a room at work, along with being Educational Leader. My arse will get kicked if I do not do what is expected of me.

UPDATE:

As of today I will have very little time to get to log in over the next few weeks. This weekend is going to be full of helping clear out a shed at home, and then also completing a truckload of paperwork for work by Monday morning. The following weekend will be more paperwork, and not sure what else as it's the long weekend.

This coming week I work 9-6:30pm, and then week after that 6:30am till 3pm.

UPDATE:

I have now come back from holidays, but this isn't the end of me being busy. Over the next two weeks for work I will be busy making sure that everything is in order for our up and coming Assessment and Rating at work. Because I have been away for two weeks holiday, there will be things to catch up on before the first week in November. I am hoping that after this week I will be more on board and thinking more clearly in order to post and to actually do some writing.

I'm going to post here about my main absence date (to and from). I may come on to unwind, but posting me be halted for a while. If I post to get escape reality, then it will be a bonus. I just wish life would get back to normal again.

So from now (7th March) till at the lastest 25th April, I will be busy with work stuff. We have been given our date for Assessment and Rating at the child care centre I work at, and it sadly can be anywhere from the 11th April (my bday) up to the 25th April (despite it being Anzac Day and a public holiday). So sadly I am going to have to keep my head in the game until we go through this process. It can be stressful (to say the least). I'll post here if we have it early on in those two weeks, and then I can chill and maybe post. Until then, please bear with me.

UPDATE: We have been given the dates that the assessors will be at the centre: Friday 8th and Monday 11th April. So I will not be logging in till after these dates and this stressful time. This weekend will be full with trying to relax and also finalise paperwork.
